Shirashi, a physician at a hospital, was "examined" by colleagues from university and the whole thing was filmed. The tape, called "Midnight at the doctor's office," was then released around his university campus. Since then, he's afraid that somebody might find out and expose it to everybody. He's most afraid of student doctor Tsuda, a neurosurgeon. Does he really need to fear this man? Or will Tsuda be the one to free him from his nightmares?
