 "I just want to be free..."
This is a story of France, during the rule of Napoleon. Although the Revolution brought with it new laws and some semblance of representative government, there are some places that never change: the dark hole known as prison. Into that hell, a boy called Guys is sent. The crime is murder, and the sentence, life without the possibility of parole. However, Guys is innocent of this crime. The largest yakuza group based in the Kanto region is the Ooyamato Group. The future fourth head of the group, Ooyamato Tatsuyuki, has been living lifelessly since his heart was broken. Unable to continue watching him live like this, the head subordinate of the group sends him to Fukuoka, telling him to supervise the Kyushu branch of the group. However, even arriving in Fukuoka does little to raise Tatsuyuki's spirits, and so after a night of drinking, he wanders into a park where he dozes off.
