Shuri had an English father and a Japanese mother so he was born with blond hair and blue eyes which made him the target of bullies. After his parents died, he began working as a servant at a brothel where he is beaten, starved and overworked. He catches the eye of Tatsumi, the owner of a infamous male brothel called Hanabishi, who buys him. Once he arrives at Hanabishi, he receives a gorgeous kimono, a nice room of his own, and delicious food. While living out his life each day, he meets various other characters and that's when the real story, and the sex, starts.
