Seven years have passed since the events in Hanamachi Monogatari happened, so this sequel takes place in the Meiji Era. Kirishima Iori is one of the most popular prostitutes in the male x male red-light district Hanabishi, which is in the town of Hanamachi. Iori originally came from a prestigious family of samurai, however, his father had accumulated a high sum of debt and committed suicide. In order to protect his mother, Iori chose the path of becoming a prostitute.
